Service Description RunningAds is a SaaS platform that helps users discover and analyze online advertisements and competitor advertising activity. 2. Accounts Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials. 3. Subscriptions and Billing Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Users may cancel at any time through the customer portal. 4. Refunds Refund requests are handled individually and are not guaranteed. 5. Acceptable Use Users agree not to: • Abuse or overload the platform • Attempt unauthorized access • Resell or redistribute the service without permission • Use the platform for illegal purposes 6. Service Availability We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Features, pricing, and limits may change over time. 7. Intellectual Property All branding, software, design, and platform content related to RunningAds remain the property of RunningAds/NivdoX AI. 8. Limitation of Liability RunningAds is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • business losses • lost profits • data loss • indirect damages 9.
